I have been incredibly lucky and honored to photograph this family for many years!
I have a long history with Patricia and Chris and their daughter AiMei…AiMei and my daughter were best buds in daycare. However, Patricia is an architect, so back in my old job, I ran into her a bunch at work! Chris is the owner of Cardboard Safari, which I love to mention because it’s SUCH a fabulous, unique product. So a pretty cool set of friends I have here. 😉
We had great fun doing a cool November session…as you can imagine, an architect, a business owner, and a student with busy activities of her own, made a hard time for us to schedule. But the temperate weather held out for us, and even though a lot of leaves had fallen by this time, there were still a few trees just holding on tight to their beautiful leaves!
So we enjoyed a bit of color, but overall, the lake is a gorgeous scene no matter what shape the leaves are in.
And AiMei was my superstar…she’s always been a great “model”, from when she was little, to a little bit bigger, to now!
So many thanks to this wonderful family for coming out to see me this past fall.
