Fall Family Sessions Charlottesville | Ivy Creek Natural Area

This time of year is the time for fall family sessions in Charlottesville!  The colors are spectacular, and usually the weather holds out for us and allows for a beautiful, sunny day out at gorgeous locations, like Ivy Creek Natural Area.  The J family and I decided to meet up here for some fall family photos, before the leaves fell off the trees and the color was at its peak!

AiMei matched the beautiful colors with her gorgeous coat…just love that fashion!

When you schedule a photoshoot with me, you might not expect to climb a tree, but it may happen.  😉 

AiMei and I had a blast…she is a wonderful kid that I have known since she and my daughter were just toddlers together!  Hard to remember that time…again, why family pictures are so important.

I love seeing how much she is growing.

I wasn’t kidding about the fall colors, was I??  Just a stunning time of year, and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather!
